Let's see if I can devote an entire blog post to one tiny little hook. In it's defense, it's pretty cute.
I saw some tulip hooks at one of our city's only home decor stores a few weeks ago. They caught my eye when I purchased this pail but I didn't end up bringing any of the hooks home with me.
Until I got home and found the perfect spot for one. See that tiny bit of wall?
So I went back and got one. I may have even picked up a second one for my next giveaway but don't tell Alex that I'm buying things to give away to people I know on the internet.
It's greyish, blueish, silverish. Or something like that.
I installed it myself.
I love projects that take 10 minutes from start to finish. Since I barely ever finish any project completely, this one felt reeeeeeal good.
How are your projects coming along? Anything big? Anything small? Anything at all?
Wow, that rhymed and sounded really lame.
Okaybye.

Hi there! Love the hook! But what I am really loving is the paint color. I browsed but couldnt find out what color is on the walls next to that closet? If Im not mistaken, its the same color showing on your previous post about the chairs right? Its perfect, not too gray not to beige. want!!
ReplyDeleteTonya,
ReplyDeleteI have so many projects swirling around in my mind it's overwhelming. The yard, the breakfast room, the basement, the dining room...... I can feel your pain!!!
Sharon,
The paint colour in that room is called Seagrass by Para Paints. Lowe's in Canada carries that paint colour. I think it might be hard to find in the States so I'm going to try and get the colour #'s and post them in the FAQ's.
:)
That's a really gorgeous hook.
ReplyDeleteAnd to answer your question, I have actually just finished my first biggish project. All I need to do is dress it up and take some pics, so be sure to pop on over later and have a look.
Ok, so it really is cute! Oh, and your secret is safe with me! Hee hee!
ReplyDeleteLove the hook! And your install job was "top notch"...
