Not Pictured:
6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. when we lounge in bed for as long as possible and then make our way to the kitchen to make some much needed coffee. Just imagine me with mismatched pajamas stumbling around and Cooper playing in his playpen because I don't have the energy to chase him yet. ;)
Also Not Pictured:
The witching hour (supper time) between 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. when babies get cranky. Really, really cranky. Picture lots of food being smeared around and then thrown on the floor. It's the puppies' favourite time of day. ;)

DeleteSounds like a lovely day :-)
ReplyDeleteSo are you telling me you wake up an hour before Cooper so that you can have a coffee and function for the day? O.M.G. You are impressive!
I'll have to correct that asap. There is NO WAY I would ever wake up early on purpose. Hahaha!
DeleteWe're both up at 6:00 - 6:30. It's just a big fuzz until the coffee gets into the system. ;)

ReplyDeleteI was googling for a white nursery chair and somehow found your blog. I love your decoration and I got even more excited when I realized we bought the same Elephant bedding from Pottery Barn Kids. I was at IKEA today and almost bought the Ektorp Jennylund chair for the nursery. However, I tried on the floor model and it's not very comfortable. I am wondering if you like your nursery chair. I am still considering it as it is hard to find similar chair for that price.
Keep up with your good work.
Hey!!
DeleteSo, it's really funny that you asked about the chair because I was just thinking about how great it was yesterday while I was taking all of those pictures.
We use the chair 3 times a day (before each nap and bedtime) and love it. While it isn't as big and cushy as a regular armchair, it is comfy enough for story time and snuggles. It was a great option for us because we were really tight on space in Cooper's room.
So, yes I do really like the chair. It's worked great for us so far! :)
That is a gorgeous way to show your little one what his day was like when he was that little! Wish I'd done that! :-) Nice photos too - love the black&white.
ReplyDeleteThanks Petra! I love the black and whites, too. :)
Deletethese photos are gorgeous!! he's going to love looking back on this one day...as you will too no doubt :)
ReplyDeleteYay! Thanks Kate! :)
