We really want to start our basement renovation this year, but, it is only one of three big renos we would like to do this year on our fixer upper or as the listing revealed, a "needs some TLC home." Our attic to master bedroom renovation took close to one year 'cause my hubby does the work too. You have def made some progress! Go you!

This post could have been written by me! The story of how our current basement overhaul (probably approaching 2 years now)started with my husband "wanting to know" what was in one part of the finished drywall ceiling after hearing a noise (a vole). This turned into the entire basement being gutted, water and electrical issues being found and many, many months before it started to resemble a cozy basement again. The list of why it has taken so long would be identical minus baby and fixer upper. Can't wait to see how this space is transformed!
