I had 3 very over-ripe bananas sitting in my kitchen and I didn&#39;t want to throw them out so I googled banana muffin recipes and decided on this one. I leave them at room temperature on the counter for two days.<br /><br />Sometimes I will throw them on a cakeplate with plastic wrap over top for two days as well. <br /><br />They are usually gone by the end of the second day.<br /><br />If there are still some left over on the third day, I give them to Roary, or Alex if he&#39;s bugging me.
